Who it’s for: Middle School Hitters (Grades 6-8)

• Two Sessions per Week
• Strength & power development
• Exit velocity tracking via Rapsodo 
• Swing video analysis + adjustments 
• Approach training (situational hitting + pitch recognition) 
• 3-Month Play Ball USA Membership 
• Program Guide for independent hitting workouts
   

• Frequency: 2 sessions/week 
• Length: 60–75 minutes 
• Schedule: Weekday or weekend groups 
• Month-by-Month Structure: 
  • January: Foundation — mechanics, timing, rhythm 
  • February: Development — power, consistency 
  • March: Game Ready— competitive ABs & individualized training

Velocity, Command & Mound Presence

Who it’s for: Middle School Pitchers (Grades 6-8)

• Two Sessions per Week
• Pitch + Velocity development 
• Mechanical video analysis & pitch design with Rapsodo 
• Arm care + Mobility
• Weekly progressive bullpens
• 3-Month Play Ball USA Membership 
• Program Guide for throwing & recovery plans
   

• Frequency: 2 sessions/week 
• Length: 60–75 minutes 
• Schedule: Weekday or weekend groups 
• Month-by-Month Structure: 
  • January: Foundation — delivery work, baseline mechanics 
  • February: Development — velocity + command progression 
  • March: Game Ready — personalized bullpens
